Summit for Reach the Final
This is a very insperational book for women basketball players. Pat Summitt writes with so much emotion that it’s almost like you know her after you have read the book. I rate it 5 stars! One of the best books I have ever read

I read a lot of books and I never thought I would love the kindle like I love books. The weight of the book and the feel of the paper in your hands, not to mention the smell. However, I have had my kindle for just a month and I love it. It is one of the best things I have ever purchased. It is lightweight, easy to read and can fit in my handbag so I can take it anywhere. I also love the fact that if you aren’t too sure what a book will be like you can ask for a sample to be sent to your kindle so you know that you will either like it or not before you spend money on a book you don’t like.

Having had another electronic reader, I can compare the 2. I won’t mention the name of the other, but it starts with an “S”. There is NO comparison in it and the Kindle. The Kindle is easier to use and to see the page. It is far easier to look up a word in the supplied dictionary. I particularly like the “turn the page” buttons on BOTH sides of the unit. I like the way the Kindle doesn’t require you to ‘book mark’ the page you’re leaving temporarily. Instead it does it for you. Selecting and loading a new book (or periodical) is genuinely simple–all done on its own, through the standard “3-G” network.

…I’m assuming you know what this book is about, and if you don’t, there are a few thousand other reviews on this site alone to tell you. Here’s a little persuasion to give the book a try;
It’s a good book. Hate me for this if you want, but no, it’s not really life-changing. It’s not the worst book ever written, either. Yeah, it’s this huge phenomenon, but I like it as…a good book. Yep, it’s unrealistic (it’s about VAMPIRES! Of COURSE it’s unrealistic!) but as far as the romance goes, isn’t it better to be unrealistic in a pretty, romantic way instead of the usual, you can do drugs, sex and smoking every freaking night without any side-effects unrealistic. Please, this is a fantasy book, it’s supposed to be escape from real life.
And it’s a good escape. Though VERY long, it’s also VERY readable, with good, engrossing writing, likable if not always extrodinary characters, and a simple, but well executed, plot. Bella can be an annoying narrator, because her narration includes all those unspoken uncertanties and doubts that we all have.
Anyway, I liked this book, I’ll probably re-read it, and the movie’s okay too. Food for thought; how many people who say they hate Twilight own the whole series? How many own the whole series in hardback?
PS Parents will want to know, this is a very conservative book compared to most YA romances. No sex. Very little violence. The book’s suspenceful, not scary.

Does 190XPROB Manfrotto Bogen 3 really work?
Ordered on Monday night, had it in hand Wed afternoon loaded with the books I had purchased while I anxiously awaited its arrival. I’ve had it now almost a month and I am thrilled with it. I absolutely love the size and ability to have so many books in a small device that I can drop in my purse. The battery life is excellent. I’ve only charged it twice.

Review about Tribute A Genesis Classical
To put this in perspective I am 81. When I was first introduced to this game my thought was, this is for children. When I started playing the tennis game I found I was getting an enjoyable aerobic workout. I have since purchased my own Wii sports package game and have truly enjoyed the game and the health benefits derived from it. I would highly recommend this for all ages. The only reason I rated the game over all at 4 stars is that I wish they had made the game so it could be played one on one as well as they have it now with two people on each side.

Let me start by stating that Twilight is the second supernatural novel I had ever read at the time. I read Twilight almost 2 years ago. I will be honest; when I first read Twilight I `liked’ it. I thought it was a good book. After about a year I had read more supernatural books. That’s when I started to think about Twilight and that’s also when I realized that it was a little overrated. I have my reasons as to why I didn’t enjoy the book as much.
Number One: The Characters. Isabella Swan, who likes to be called Bella, is the main character. Bella arrives to Forts, Washington with a kind of gloomy mood. She seems dry and unconcerned at first. I thought this would soon go away. I later find out that I was wrong. Bella’s mood was a major turn off. Edward was exactly the same. He was boring and was hard to read about. Usually I like my characters to be quirky and witty. The only characters that I liked were Alice, Emmett, and Jacob.
Number Two: The Plot. The plot or should I say the `lack of plot’ through me off completely, from reading the back of the book I knew that it was about a girl falling in love with a vampire. But, I didn’t realize that it would have no other action. The only action I found remotely exciting was the fight scene at the very end of the book, and it still left me a little dry.
Number Three: The Couple. Because Bella and Edward are both boring, they bored me to near death as a couple. I would have rather read about Alice and Jasper or Emmett and Rosalie. I grew tired of Bella and Edward.
All in All, I gave this book three stars because even though it lacked to components to a good story it was still and okay read and I don’t regret reading it.

Is Your Heart Eat to suck?
This review is particularly of Nathaniel Parker’s narration, and not so much of the Artemis Fowl book itself, as there are already so many reviews on that.
If you want an auditory treat, get this audiobook – Nat Parker is a genius when it comes to bringing these characters to life. He does wonderful accents – there are multiple Irish accents for Artemis, Butler, Juliet and Angeline, but many others for the fairy people which are just amazing. In addition, his own, natural speaking /reading voice is so smooth , resonant and perfectly paced that is is a treat in itself. Unlike other audiobooks which I have listened to, you can’t hear him breathing – with some readers you hear every big breath they take and it gets irritating. He reads it perfectly and the great fun is in the rapid dialogue exchanges where he must manage different voices with different accents as well as the narrator’s voice.
The story itself, well, there are some boring and technical parts which I tried to read, and Artemis’s character is not terribly likeable, but the way Parker voices him makes you feel some affection for the character.
If you like the books, this is a worthwhile addition because of the way the characters are brought to life – and if you didn’t like the books, it’s a great listen just for Parker’s enormous vocal talent.
