I changed my review from a 1 to 5.I received a first scale and did not work well.I wrote a bad review and half an hour later I got an email from this people who offered a new scale and explain the situation to me.I received the new scale the next morning.It works great!!!. In this one, I do not have to tap on.I just have to go on it and it gives me my weight right away.I recommend this problem 100%.The people of this company really care about their customers.I do appreciate their commitment to their customers’ satisfaction.I would buy from them.
