Love the product, it makes reading much more comfortable…

but jeez is it delicate!!!

I got my first kindle for christmas and I dropped it on the carpet while it was in my bag and the screen cracked and went black.

I called customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charge.

So i bought a nice case and kept it on my bookshelf

and a month later i open it and its cracked, it didn’t even get dropped!

so now that my latest one cracked of its own accord once again, i am getting a refund!

i might buy another one if they were less fragile.

This armband is alright. It fits the 4G nano perfectly, but it doesn’t have a hole to get to the hold switch. I left it in the car the other day, and the plastic was practically glued onto the screen. And when I pulled the strap off to put it on my arm, one of the velcro circles completely came off.
