Both of the Omron pedometers that I have used have been Five (5) Star. They record and keep accurate data about your walk and how many calories you are burning. I really like the fact that it keeps a record of the last seven days. That way if I forget to record the data in my exercise log, it is not lost or I do not have to just rely on my memory as to how many steps that I walked last Tuesday.

Another great feature about this pedometer is that it comes with a safety leash to attach to your belt or pants to keep the pedometer connected to you in case the main clip comes off of your belt or pants.

I would not hesitate to purchase another Omron Pedometer again should I lose the one that I am using now.
